Abuja-based man plans to make his young son undergo facial scarification (facial tribal marks)

Facebook user Aisha Alubankudi posted a photo of a child with fresh and horrific facial tribal marks on his face that went viral. The torturous marks on the child's face was wildly condemned and even caused a debate to completely abolish the archaic act.
